Yoga inspired me to change my life

The beginning

Before I knew what Yoga really is about…

Movements have always played an important part of my life. After all, I come from a very active and sports enthusiastic family growing up skiing in winter and hiking in summer whilst swimming was our family sport. Eventually, I discovered Yoga in the early 2010s. Though it took a few retreats across the globe, before I completed my first Yoga teacher training in 2016 where I started to dip into the traditional concept of Yoga.

The journey

It is a long and ever-growing journey not to mention the many ups and downs, twists and turns, doubts and fears, and above all it requires curiosity and courage. With this in mind my journey keeps changing, growing and evolving. But one thing is certain, Yoga  inspired me to change my life. Coupled with other practices I emphasise on the human body as an individual. There is no one size fits all and eventually, we all need something else at different times in life.  Moreover, my yoga journey brought me through different stages with different teachers while learning various lineages all over the world.

The teachings

Subsequently, I teach various styles (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin) as I believe in a well-balanced practice, the Yin and the Yang, the Sun and the Moon moving through different phases. In light of that, for me Yoga is a holistic approach to a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle that is happening on and off the mat.

My Mission

My Mission

Help people find their way to a healthy and well-balanced life through the ancient practice of Yoga.

My Vision

My Vision

Create a space where people come together to transform their lives by immersing themselves into various healing practices.

My Values

My Values

Teach, learn and inspire with kindness, respect, integrity, curiosity and courage.

Born and educated in Germany to a German father and Hungarian mother I left my hometown at the tender age of 16 to live abroad in the U.S. Subsequently, my curiosity to explore the world was birthed. Before moving to Switzerland I have also lived in Hungary, USA and Australia to finally find roots in Zurich.

In the last 15 years I have worked in the global tourism industry and climbed the career ladder into management where I was leading international teams and started coaching peers as well as fostering individuals and young professionals, equally.

Certainly, I am more than grateful for every single day in my tourism career. After all, I have been to remote countries like Kazakhstan and Tibet, negotiated business with Arabs and Chinese and to sum it up, fell in love with India and its people – after all, the birthplace of Yoga.

Undeniably, my professional background paired with my multicultural childhood has helped me become who I am today, a genuine cosmopolitan citizen with heart and mind.
